Chaldon Animal Sanctuary
The Chaldon Animal Sanctuary case study involved a 3-week sprint project where I lead the UX Research, but significantly contributed to all stages of the process. The objective was to undertake a comprehensive redesign and rebranding initiative to address navigational inconsistencies and enhance the visually unappealing design of the website.
Through collaborative efforts, user testing, and extensive research, we successfully developed a responsive and user-friendly design that not only improved the website's aesthetics but also streamlined the donation process. Our focus on enhancing the user experience, boosting engagement, and supporting the Sanctuary's mission of rescuing and rehoming animals drove the project's success.
